I've been having a lot of local files that open within Orca that simply reopen when I close them. I had claude code do an investigation and looks like i have 336 stalled lsof tasks from Orca. I did have a stalled Orca group that I removed and then manually quit and restarted Orca, but it seems to still be an issue.
I was on 1.4.220 but currently on 1.4.222 (I typically update within a few hours to a day or so of an update becoming available).
System: M5Max & M1Max
agent TUI: claude code 2.1.292 (could have been 2.1.28x when the issues started); codex 0.160.1
the stalled orca group was running off a folder on another computer (network shared folder), but the sessions that i believe created these issues (the uncloseable file tabs) were all local (respectively across 2 computers)
