This tests a feature (`about:sslfail`) that was removed in servo#14360 and has been flaky for years. At this point, the test has been flaking for a decade longer after the original feature existed! We can just go ahead and remove it I think. Signed-off-by: Martin Robinson <mrobinson@igalia.com>
