The version of HandlerSocket included was git-cloned from
git://github.com/ahiguti/HandlerSocket-Plugin-for-MySQL, and subsecuently
git-pulled from git://github.com/DeNADev/HandlerSocket-Plugin-for-MySQL

The lattest commit is 83d8f3af176e1698acd9eb3ac5174700ace40fe0, commited on
2012-07-09.

The copy in the HandlerSocket-Plugin-for-MySQL has no mofications (except for
the removal of the .git/ directory and the .gitignore file). All modifications
are currently done at the handlersocket.patch diff file.
