Ability to write to the console and/or log file

Would be useful for developers and users.

I don't know if [System.Console.SetOut](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.console.setout?view=netframework-4.8) could be used to use the existing Console.Write and Console.WriteLine methods.
