I might take a look at some of the proposed changes in #3 and see how they can be incorporated into a future PR. This seems to be a good start. |
And disallow blank issues. Closes #5 (supersedes it)

This converts the existing issue templates to be forms. I copied the Trellis ones and made them generic.
This also disables creating blank issues (supersedes #5)
