Add tests to install
rallyplotfrom pypi and testing across installs. This is not ideal and should really be done afterbuild_wheels.ymlon the built wheels.However, will need to store regression test data for macOS. I think that regression test for Windows and macOS on CI will not work because the test data is generated with a GPU and the runners have no desktop.
