This PR extends testing by finalising the regression tests. We now store the framebuffer output of the tests (run with CLI argument
"generate") in the repo and test against these with the argument"test". The test plots are ensured correct by visual inspection in"check"mode.In general the tests are refactored and tidied, and documentation added.
