No.
Description
Something weird going on in scrolling. First of all, here's my scrollbar config:
scrolling-bar: when-searching
If I open any page (https://qutebrowser.org/ for example), it displays a scrollbar. I've binded "d" key to scroll-page 0 0.5, but it doesn't work when the scrollbar is shown. If I reload the page, the scrollbar disappears and scrolling with "d" key works.
Tested that the same happens with scrolling-bar: never.
