Adds proper stubs for these modules, which were autogenerated (incorrectly returning
Nonefrom everything). Unfortunately the documentation doesn't specify types too precisely, so I had to guess a bit from the implementation. Mentioning @DenverCoder1, in case you're interested since you did a bunch of the hinting for other parts of the package.
