As suggested by Petr in python/devguide#1712, this PR moves
exploring.rstto theInternalDocsfolder. I also converted it to markdown.Important
It would be great to preserve the authors, as such I have added all of the commiters to the file from the devguide (
git log --format='Co-Authored-By: %an <%ae>' -- internals/exploring.rst) to my commit message, I would greatly appreciate it if whoever merges this ensures they are in the squash merge commit message.
