Hello, I have small proposal, maybe you will find it useful.

First of all problems:

Some metrics could be not simple to understnd and should have long documentation, for example:

1. As you can see we can make multiline docs, but they are incorrectry commented in text representation when calling /metrics in browser

2. Documentation lines are useless for Prometheus server, so it wwould be good if it will be something like this:

/metrics/pure

wich will return only counters without any documentation
