Both helm chart values and kubernetes resources contained in referenced ConfigMap and Secret can be template and their values are fecthed at run time from following object: - Cluster => CAPI Cluster - InfrastructureProvider => CAPI Infrastructure provider - KubeadmControlPlane => CAPI Cluster controlPlaneRef
