docs: update installation docs for windows & mac #167

- quick install guide for mac/windows. Linux is already present.
- How automatic updates are done.
- how to disable automatic updates. (this should be updated in the Linux section as well)
- command line to silent install in windows.
- Mention that system wide installer will be available only from release 4.1 for fleet deployments. current installer is per user.
- doc on how to disable automatic updates with preferences.
