  1. README: light/dark theme showcase screenshots, killer-features section

Added a dark/light side-by-side of the same reference board (image,
note, color, and URL cards wired with a real connection) to the
screenshots gallery, and a new "What makes Kanvaz different" section
calling out the differentiators that are easy to miss in the feature
list: live 3D model preview, shared cards across boards, the MCP
Bridge AI integration, typed connections as a real graph, plugin
sale rights, and staying fully offline.

  2. README: condense the "Latest release" paragraph again

Grown back into a run-on wall of text across three versions' worth of
edits, same issue as before. Cut to 2-3 sentences on the most recent
release, pointing to CHANGELOG.md for the rest.

  3. README: move light/dark theme comparison out of the collapsed gallery

It was inside the collapsed "More screenshots" <details> block, so
anyone landing on the repo only ever saw the dark banner and never
noticed light theme existed. Moved the dark/light pair up to the
always-visible area right under "Latest release", side by side.

  4. README: label the light/dark comparison so it actually reads as one

Two loose images side by side didn't visually register as "look, both
themes exist" — they just looked like two similar screenshots. Put
them in a table with a bold Dark theme / Light theme label above
each, so the point lands at a glance.
