Conda started trwoing exceptions this morning and I wanted to see if any other builds were failing. I thought the ones here had passes (from the travis badge), but that bagde has not been running for 21 days. This PR swaps that badge to the GA one

OPS 1.4.2 is a bugfix release, most importantly fixing a bug in TIS analysis for interface sets with more than 10 interfaces.
