Use the pnpm version pinned in package.json. Dependency updates must satisfy pnpm's default 24-hour minimum release age; the workspace permits install scripts only for esbuild and workerd.
pnpm install
pnpm -r build
pnpm -r testCI tests the declared Node 22 and 24 minimums and the current Node 26 line. Pull
requests run once per update; pushes run CI on main. Deployment uses the
Wrangler version installed from the lockfile.
The relay entrypoint dispatches to account authentication, device authentication,
handle, friendship, and mail modules in workers/relay/src. Shared HTTP validation
lives in http.ts; D1 lookups and mailbox access live in registry.ts. The
Mailbox Durable Object owns queue storage and WebSocket delivery.
