Use with Octos v2.0.3-rc.11. The shared protocol dependency and auto-provisioned backend are pinned to that release's exact source revision.

• Preserve and reconcile canonical terminal answers; report incomplete delivery explicitly instead of presenting a fallback receipt as a successful model answer.
• Deduplicate continuation output and recover correctly across scoped reconnects, cold hydration, and daemon/client restarts.
• Keep failed hydration and queued submissions attributed to their intended session.
• Include context/cache diagnostics, paste-editing visibility, and mixed-projection deduplication fixes.

Prerelease channels are npm next and Homebrew octoscode-dev; stable channels are unchanged.

Publication note: GitHub downloads and the Homebrew dev formula are available. The npm publish step returned E404 twice, so @octos-org/octoscode@next still points to rc.9; use the GitHub archive or Homebrew dev formula for this release until npm publication is repaired.

Validation: final unfiltered Ubuntu CI passed (2,382 tests, zero failures, four ignored). The exact published macOS pair completed the mini3 30+4 real-provider soak and seven functional acceptance gates. An audit-only nonce date parameter was corrected in a read-only re-audit; original reports and immutable run evidence were retained.
