9-digit numbers are read out in the wrong order #20194

Description

Brief summary

The following happens on websites with Lang=nb, and with the Norwegian voice Microsoft Jon:
9-digit numbers like this 111 222 333 are read out like this: 222 111 333. The speech viewer gets it right, but the speech voice change the order of the digits for some reason.
But, if I switch to Lang=en and any of the English voices like Microsoft Suzan, the number is read out correctly.
This seems to happen on any page. This is an example: https://virksomhet.brreg.no/nb/oppslag/enheter/989170325 The "Organisasjonsnummer: 989 170 344" are read out like this "170 989 344".

Steps to reproduce

  1. In any browser, open https://virksomhet.brreg.no/nb/oppslag/enheter/989170325
  2. turn on NCDA screen reader with Microsoft Jon
  3. let the screen reader read "Organisasjonsnummer: 989 170 325"
  4. You will then hear that the voice says "170 989 325".
  5. Change Language to English (in the header) and voice to Microsoft Suzan
  6. Now you will hear the number read in the correct order.
