Windowsで
npm installしたところ、postinstallコマンドでbowerのパスを$(npm bin)/bowerとしているために、正しいパス形式に展開されずエラーが出ましたnpm run コマンドで実行する際には、すでにパスが通っているらしいので、$(npm bin)/はすべて削除しましたまた、このままでは
public/以下でbower installが実行されないため、.bowerrcにてpublic/以下で実行されるよう設定しました
