Added *.VC.db to .gitignore
A bug in the SDK layers incorrectly reported that this depth stencil needed to be transitioned prior to performing the occlusion query. The DEPTH_WRITE state is a read/write state and provides the necessary access required for the query.
After installing the Oct update (OS Build 14393.351) the SDK layers begins to report errors with the 11 on 12 layer.
