Merge pull request ipinfo#50 from ipinfo/uman/relay-service-fields

Add relay & service fields.

add bogon/anycast fields to Core & bump to 3.0.1.

fix how we generate entrypoint from typescript.

this causes us to change how we import from commonjs.

prettier update caused more changes.

fix some typescript publish bugs.

we were not always rebuilding properly, and not
including ts files, apparently.

fix non-es module import to incl the lru cache obj.
