Proposal: Add checkboxes

• issue/PR messages has been created with the help of AI
• Code has been created with the help of AI. - Maybe even split in finding the solution/implementing the solution.

Motivation: Prior to AI times, the messages and code quality gave a strong hint on the experience of contributors, which influences the way I review, both in communication and in assumption how well the topic is thought trough. This indicator is gone now that AI will produce good looking results. While stating AI use cannot bring it back, for me it would trigger a warning lamp to more carefully review the logic. (And possibly sometimes put less effort in a review and instead request additional clarification early - if something looks odd, I would spend less time in trying to figure out whether this is actually right if AI was used)
