Add docs logo watermark assets #180

Goal

Add the generated logo trace assets and docs styling needed for the documentation logo watermark treatment.

Acceptance Criteria

• Docs logo trace assets are committed in the repo.
• The Starlight docs stylesheet references the committed asset path.
• Local build/cache directories are not staged.
• The branch is based on the current master branch.
