No source changes in this release — documentation, package metadata and dependency ranges only.

• The licence badge said ISC. This package is GPL-3.0-only — package.json has said so throughout. It was the only badge in the org stating a false fact, on the page npm itself renders.
• Dropped two badges that could not work: codebeat 404s, and the coveralls badge rendered unknown because nothing uploads coverage from CI — the coveralls target in package.json still names the pre-rename imq/imq org.
• The package declared no repository at all, so npm had nothing to render as a Repository link and nothing pointed a reader at the source. Added repository and bugs.
• Added an npm-version badge and pointers to https://imqueue.org/llms.txt and https://imqueue.org/status.json.
