google/cloud/videointelligence/v1, theapi-service-configis set togoogle/cloud/videointelligence/v1/videointelligence_gapic.legacy.yaml, rather thangoogle/cloud/videointelligence/v1/videointelligence_v1.yaml.We should rewrite the parsing logic to filter out
