Numbers are converted to doubles #504

What steps will reproduce the problem?
        Map x = new GsonBuilder().create().fromJson("{\"hello\":1}",Map.class);
        Assert.assertEquals(1,x.get("hello"));

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1 should be the value, but the value is read as 1.0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
