Describe the bug

Occasionally, users create projects that are subsequently deleted immediately, for whatever reason. These may be projects that are no longer needed and deviate from the rules.
Currently, the job returns an error for such projects on our end.

The following message appears:

* (1/2) Processing project: redacted/redacted/documents-deletion_scheduled-14372
Warning: Error occurred while processing project redacted/redacted/documents-deletion_scheduled-14372, exception:
400: {'base': ["Could not change HEAD: branch 'prod' does not exist"]}

We do not want to spend time trying to fix these projects, as they are scheduled to be deleted and are marked as inactive.
