Added docs/changelog.mdx to the outputFileTracingIncludes configuration for the [[...path]] route. This ensures the file is available in the serverless function when ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) needs to re-render the page.

The changelog page uses ISR with a 1-hour revalidation period. When Next.js revalidates the page, it runs in the serverless function and needs to read the source MDX file. However, PR #15452 excluded all docs/**/* files from the serverless bundle to save on size, causing the ENOENT error.
