To run the Tuned hp.py code, the following files must be in the same directory: 
- pdbbind utils.py 
- CPI model.py 
- test.py (equivalent to the training phase ) 
- metrics.py 

The nohup.out files are terminal redirection (what occurs when Tuned hp.py is executed).
