Enhancement: Ability to create new data files for a folder #834

Add the functionality to create new data files for the data folders (frontMatter.data.folders).

• Create a new property to turn on data file creation
• Add a create new data folder button on the dashboard
  • If only one data folder is configured, use that one and ask for the name of the file
  • If multiple are configured, ask to which folder you want to create the data file and provide the name
