A minimal Phoenix app using Volt with plain TypeScript — no frontend framework.

It also dogfoods Phoenix LiveView colocated CSS via Phoenix.LiveView.ColocatedCSS and a Tailwind import from phoenix-colocated/vanilla_example/colocated.css.

Before committing, check formatting and linting:

The lint config intentionally combines normal Oxlint category rules such as "correctness" with typescript/* rules that only run in the type-aware path.
