PR #10334 removed the worked custom placement and placement-filter extension examples, leaving the current pages without a complete implementation path.
This restores both examples against Orleans 10 APIs in one compiled snippet project. The placement example demonstrates compatible-candidate selection, validated placement hints, and deterministic key-based cross-type affinity with its limitations. The filter example demonstrates manifest-backed configuration, an explicit transient strategy lifetime, singleton director semantics, hard-failure behavior, and a numeric silo-metadata threshold which is not covered by the built-in exact-match filters.
