PR #10329 replaced the monolithic migration guide and unintentionally removed useful authoritative references.
Restore canonical package, hosting, and ADO.NET schema references, and link public Orleans/.NET symbols through resolving DocFX xrefs. Preserve historical migration context, stable anchors, and inline formatting for package IDs, configuration values, and provider invariants.
