The Ubuntu job passed before and is hit by flakiness in roslyn's build:

/__w/1/s/.dotnet/sdk/11.0.100-alpha.1.26060.102/NuGet.Build.Tasks.Pack.targets(222,5): error : The process cannot access the file '/__w/1/s/src/roslyn/artifacts/packages/Release/Shipping/Microsoft.VisualStudio.Extensibility.Testing.SourceGenerator.5.4.0-ci.nupkg' because it is being used by another process. [/__w/1/s/src/roslyn/src/VisualStudio/IntegrationTest/Harness/SourceGenerator/Microsoft.VisualStudio.Extensibility.Testing.SourceGenerator.csproj]

The iOSSimulator_Shortstack_arm64 job has a slow mac and will time out. Also passed previously.
