Building on Windows #136

Description

@MakiWolf

I have opened this new issue for building on Windows do discuss here in future things if someone is interested on playing with it.

Because the #109 Roadmap is very long and not a good place to discuss everything in a single thread.

Also a difference between Linux and Windows build was that Linux seems to have compiled some VS Libraries from Source Code and on Windows it downloads nuget packages see https://github.com/dotdevelop/dotdevelop/blob/main/main/msbuild/ReferencesVSEditor.Windows.props

Also there is an open PR #121

Also an requierement on Windows was the Mono libraries package which is offical not avilable any more.

See also mono#9689

mono/md-website#80

mono/md-website#1

Also a good question is how to build the librarie from Source Code again if it was an open Source package and some things like monodoc are still missing on windows .net Framework.

Included from mono 2.6 in that library installer was:
ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
mautil.exe
Mono.Addins.CecilReflector.dll
Mono.Addins.dll
Mono.Addins.Gui.dll
Mono.Addins.Setup.dll
Mono.GetOptions.dll
Mono.Security.dll
monodoc.dll
