  1. Allow access to all Boss Geocoder features. 

    These changes implement a superset of the node-geocoder modifications
to the Boss Placefinder, such that code dependent on the node-geocoder
mods will work as before, while clients using 1.0.0 will be able
to use all Boss Placefinder parameters, to enable reverse geocoding, etc.
