This commit adds 2 plugin outlets, `before-codeblock-code` and `after-codeblock-code`, which each contain an argument, `code`, which is the code shown in the modal.

@ZogStriP I'm planning to embed a mini-IDE to make the code runnable in a Theme Component, and these plugin outlets will help to make them per-codeblock. Thanks. |
