I would like to raise an issue of the "Last update" timestamp in the UI not being updated even if the IP address is the same as the previously saved one and status code of the api is "not-changed" (valid request, ip is same as before).

IMHO this label should reflect the last time an "update request", so any kind of valid and authenticated call for an update, has been issued to the API, no matter of its resolved status code. This label should also be updated to a new timestamp if the IP is the same as before.
