SSE messages delay #369

SSE messages are not transmitted seamlessly, they are only transmitted when the buffer is full. The same application used in chrome desktop works fine but with phpdesktop does not launch the SSE messages immediately message to message.... is as if the cache despite being disabled in php.ini and use the flush and ob_flush
