Was causing a 'concat' undefined error. This commit fixes the problem in TowerMan and Icon Hack in both the .md files and related .js examples

Was causing a 'concat' undefined error. This commit fixes the problem in TowerManMap and HackMap in both the .md files and related .js examples. (Note the HackMap example files were actually correct already, just the .md had the error.)
Similar to PR #1 and #2 but also makes the fix in the tutorial files and HackMap examples as well.
