docs(oss): improve project discoverability - #2

Summary

Give the project a consistent, searchable public identity by placing the full name, Open Vibe Architecture (OVA), in the repository README, Chinese README, package README, and package metadata. The copy also names the product category and intended coding-agent audience without changing product claims or behavior.

统一项目的公开名称和检索入口：在仓库 README、中文 README、包 README 与包元数据中明确使用完整名称 Open Vibe Architecture (OVA)，并清楚说明产品类别及 Coding Agent 使用场景。本次不改变产品能力声明或运行行为。
