the problem was reported by the community, the client sometimes was not able to send the transaction due to account sequence mismatch. it happens on the Cronos chain as well, but less likely?
Suggestion
After checking the SDK issue, I think it might be fixed in cosmos/cosmos-sdk#12060
However, the latest release of the CRO chain is still using the SDK v0.44, we might need to backport it to the SDK v0.44 in our own repo. Or if we have a chance to upgrade the SDK to V0.45.5 or later releases.
