Currently, our unit test are suboptimal.

We need to refactor the unit tests.

Priority

1. test_flow_integration.py
2. test_ingestion.py
3. test_git_utils.py
4. other files.

NOTE: Some tests just need to be verified, others needs a complete rewrite.
