We need to update the favicons too...unfortunately there are a lot of customized favicons to account for workspace statuses that are not trivial to swap out
@aslilac I've already reached out to both @BrunoQuaresma and @rachelmullenax to see if either of them can handle the favicons |

@Parkreiner I updated the favicon files. They look solid to me, but I would appreciate if you could double check them. |

Colors changed to match the branding colors that our agency gave us. Made the button fully round because that's the direction we're starting to go in with some of our visual elements, like in the revamped Coder Registry
