Mark CODER_SSH_HOSTNAME_PREFIX as deprecated in the docs and suggest using CODER_WORKSPACE_HOSTNAME_SUFFIX instead.

We should instead force-push here to promote the use of the suffix to be consistent with Coder Desktop.
