Add MicroCeph Tentacle (v20.2.0) section covering core24 base, microcluster v3 upgrade, log rotation, and reference architecture docs. Expand the Squid section to reflect features and fixes that landed on the squid/stable track after the initial v19.2.0 tag (NFS, cluster adoption, CephFS replication, AZ support, maintenance mode, orchestrator, DSL device matching, SSL cert modification, waitready, stripingv2, msgr2 enforcement, joiner auto-detect). PR list split into "Squid stable updates" and "Initial v19.2.0 release". Reword PR list entries that referenced commit-message shorthand or typos to keep the spelling check passing while preserving the conventional-commit prefixes (feat, fix, ci, docs, refactor, test). Add Ceph Tracker 74813 (OSDs crash when allow_ec_optimizations is set on a pool) to the Tentacle Known issues section. Lowercase the Tentacle "Important changes" and "Known issues" headings to match the casing used in the Squid section. Signed-off-by: Utkarsh Bhatt <utkarsh.bhatt@canonical.com>
Reword PR list entries to avoid words missing from the en_GB dictionary (rebase, artifact, subprocess) and prefer the canonical tool name (`ceph-bluestore-tool`) over BlueStore in prose.
