I want a rule to enforce import paths to have no extensions.

// ❌️Bad
import Foo from './foo.js';
import Bar from './bar.ts';

// ✅️Good
import Baz from './baz';

This is an opposite rule to useImportExtensions. ESLint and Oxlint have a rule import/extensions with an option never to achive this.
