This PR updates hyperparameters for recipes/LibriSpeech/ASR/transducer and allows to initiate training process of a basic model that uses RNNT on LibriSpeech.
Before running, download and unpack LibriSpeech clean-100, dev-clean, test-clean, test-other.
I am observing loss going down.
