latest DeepSeek sounds pretty good and 1/6 the cost. The time I worked on the workflows it cost me >$100 is api tokens given right now each review stands at about $1.50 and each migration PR is ~$5.00.
I did some preliminary research and sounds like OpenHands may be a good platform for tool call support. Unfortunately DeekSeek doesn't have a really nice agent like claude/chatgpt.
