  3. Improve CLI options output 

    * Improve command line options output in the JSON output header
  adding missing options.
* Refactor setup_py_live_eval.py to never exit and throw exceptions
  instead
* Improve tests redability, improve regen and regen test expectations
* Apply minor cosmetic refactorings, import cleanup and docstring
  updates.
